[...] The instrutions or the request was sent by the Principal of the College and as I have explained in the course of my answer unfortunately it was not stated in the letter that the medical examination should be conducted by a lady doctor. [...] (c) The answer to the first part is in the affirmative the second part of the question does not therefore arise. [...] (c) If the replies to the first parts of each of parts (a) and (b) above be in the affirmative are Government prepared to consider the question of the advisability.
