Rai Bahadur Lala Anand Sarup (absent): (a) Will the Goernment be pleased to state when the Model Hewett Girls' School Muzaffarnagar is going to be raised to the high school standard ? (b) Is it a fact that the District Board of Muzaffarnagar submitted' the scheme for raising the standard of the school to the Government long ago agreeing to meet half of the cost but the Government have not ye [...] Rai Bahadur Lala Anand Sarup (absent) : Will the Goverment be pleased to give its reasons why for the last two years I. S. men are being regularly posted in the judicial branch contrary to the above recommendation of the services sub-committee and to the declared intention of the Government before the Islington Commision ? [...] The Hon'ble the Finance Member : I beg to move that in clause 2(i) (iv) in line 5 of the proviso to sub-clause (i) (iv) the word " fall " be substituted for the word " slump."
