The members of the Society shall elect its own Executive except that the Parliamentary Secretary shall be the Chairman the Judicial Secretary the Secretary and the Inspector General of Prisons the Treasurer of the Executive or Central Committee. [...] 10 passed by the Naini Tal Municipal Board on 25th October 1937 and the reprsentation made by the Municipal Board to the Hon'ble Premier and by the citizens of Naini Tal to His Excellency the Governor urging upon them the desirability of bringing the headquarters of the Goverment the Secretariat and the Departmental Offices to Naini Tal ? (d) Has the Government considered the fact that t [...] He is an official of the Council and it is not for the official of the Council to lay the papers on the table on behalf of the Government.. [...] I only wish to add that the Government should take into consideration the suggestion and the feelings of this part of the House that this House does feel that no distinction should be made and at the same time it does not fetter in the least the discretion of the Government ' in choosing a person either from the Council or from the Assembly. [...] And further that the following should be added to the rule : " The term of office of the non-official members of the comittee shall be five years provided that in the case of a member of the Legislative Assembly he shall cease to be a member of the Advisory Committee when he ceases to be a member of the Legislative Assembly." I trust that the House will accept this amendment.
