Muhammad Abdul Bari (absent): (a) Is it a. fact that on the occasion of the presentation of an address to His Excellency the Governor at Moradabad on the 6th 'December gentlmen who were invited to attend the function were asked to leave their taniages outside the compound of the Town Hall? [...] (c) Are there any rules for the guidance of the members with rgard to the nature of the business transacted in the Board? [...] (b) The functions of the Board ar(i) to advise regarding the courses of study prescribed for the examination; (ii) to decide questions of recognition of pathsha/as for the various examinations; (iii) to decide the disciplinary action to be taken against candidates when the needs for such action arises; (iv) to advise on any other matters which may he referred to it by the Government the Direct [...] The Hon'ble Raja Bahadur Kushal Pal Singh: The honourable member is a member of the Board and lie can find out the names of the members of the sucommittee.
