[...] The testa the Government Notification runs as follows :— The Government of Bengal (Ministry of Education) are pleased to appoint the following persons to constitute the Governing Body of the Islamia College Calcutta :-- 1. The Hon'ble Mr. [...] In a vious letter the University's co-operation in the matter wassought and by a it ution of the Syndicate; the Honorary secretary of the National Institute of Sciences of India was requested to supply particulars as to bow the University'n co-operation in the matter was sought. [...] Read a letter dated the 27th March 1936 from the Secretary to the Government of Bengal Education Department sanctioning the changes proposed in Chapters Lk and MI of the Regulations relating to the I. E. and B. E. '11.21tvininations. [...] 2 of Part III of the Act the following qualification shall be substituted for qualification (b) mentioned in the sub-paragraph that is to say— (b) is a graduate of the University and was registered as such in the University Register on the 8th day of July in the academic year in which the prescribed date falls.
