[...] F. 11-I-R.-11/34.—In exercise of the powers conferred by rules 37 and 44(d) of the Civil Services (Classification Control and Appeal) Rules the Governor-General in Council is pleased to cancel the rule issued in the Finance Department Notification No. [...] F. 12-VI-R.-II/32 dated the 15th April 1932 and to make the following rule in its place:— Rule. [...] When the military service of an officer is classified as inferior under the provisions of Article 357-Civil Service Regulations so much of it as was rendered after attaining the age of 16 years may be allowed to count for the purpose of a civil pension under the provisions of Article 356 Civil Service Regulations.
