ON the application of the debtor Nitya Mandal alia8 Nethu Mandal son of Ahamed Mandal of Saidpur-Koya police-station Saidpur in Rangpur for being adjudged an insolvent the 20th day of November 1934 has been fixed for hearing the aforesaid petition and the examnation of the debtor. [...] ON the application of the debtor Kashemali son of late Idu Mohammad of Kutipara police-station Pirgachha in Rangpur for being adjudged an insolvent the 12th day of November 1934 has been fixed for hearing the aforesaid petition and the examination of the debtor. [...] ON the 5th day of September 1934 it was ordered that the matter of the petition of the applicant be heard on the 19th day of November 1934 and that the said applcant do attend to be examined by this Court on that date.
