In sub-rule (2) of rule 11 of the said Rules after clause (e) the following clause shall be inserted namely :— “(f) that in the case of an officer he has been permitted to resign his commision.” 2. In the table set out in sub-rule (1) of rule 12 of the said Rules after the entries relating to “Clause (e) of sub-rule (2) of Rule 11” the following entries shall be inserted in the first [...] 39.—In exercise of the powers confered by sub-section (2) of section 8 of the Matches (Excise Duty) Act 1934 (XVI of 1934) the Governor-General in Council is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in the notification of the Government of India in the Finance Dpartment (Central Revenues) No. [...] 8-Central Excises dated the 16th June 1934 namely :— In the said notification after the proviso the following further proviso shall be added namely :— “Provided further that matches in respect of which a declaration has been made in accordance with the rules published with the notification of the Government of India in the Finance Department (Central Revenues) No.
