F.-34-11/37-F.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20-B of the Ancient Monuments Preservation Act 1904 (VII of 1904) the Central Goverment is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in the rules published with the notification of the Goverment of India in the Department of Eduction Health and Lands No. [...] Such notice shall specify the boundaries of the area and shall ivite any person who objects to the proposed declaration to forward to the Collector a statement of the grounds of such objection within one month of the date on which the notice is exhibited. [...] [PART IA (ii) In rule 3 of the said rules— (a) for the words “other than Goverment” the words “other than the Crown” and for the words “Local Government” the words “Provicial Government” shall be substtuted; and (b) for the words “Governor General in Council” in both places where they occur the words “Central Goverment” shall be substituted. [...] (iv) In rule 7 of the said rules for the word “Government” the words “the Central Goernment” and for the words “Governor General in Council” the words “Central Goernment” shall be substituted. [...] (viii) In the Schedule annexed to the said rules— (a) In Form A for the words “Governor General in Council” the words “Central Government” shall be substituted; and (b) in Form B for the words “Secretary of State” in both places where they occur; the words “Governor Genral” and for the words “Governor General in Council” the words “Central Government” shall be substituted.
