[...] Thus we propose to extend to non-texttle factorie* the limitation of the daily hours of work for male adults to 12 hours ; (b) the limitation of the daily hours of children to t:: ; and we propose to remove the present limitations of the hours between which a person may be employed and within which the machinery may be used.
