3. In section 6 of the said Act for the words " a two-anna piece and a one-anna piece" the words " an eight-anna a four-. (2) In section 20 of the said Act after the word " silver " where it first occurs the words "or nickel " and after the word " or" where it occurs for the last time the words " in the case of silver ccin " shall be inserted. [...] (1) for clause (20) the following chile shall be substituted namely :-- " (20) the prohibition of the practice of any profession or of the carryinon of any trade calling or occupation in any part of the oantonmeut otherwise than in accordance with the conditions of a license ; the fees payable for the grant and renewal of such licenses and the authorities by which and the conditions subject [...] (6) The District Magistrate or in a Presidecy town or in the town of Rangoon the Comissioner of Police may by r rder suspend the - certificate of any film pending the orders of the Local Governrnent and during such suspension the film shall be deemed to be an uncertified film in that district or town. [...] (I) at the end of clause (6) of sub-section (2) the word " and " shall be omitted and aftethe same clause the following clause shall be inserted namely :- " (10 the app intrnent of officers subordinate to authorities constituted under section 7 and the regulation of the powers and duties of such officers ; and " ; and (2) for sub-section (3) the following sub-section shall be substituted na [...] 3.
