11 OF 1953 In pursuance of sub-clause (a) of clause 3 of the Second Supplmentary Instrument of Accession executed by His Highness the Ameer of Bahawalpur on the twentyninth day of April 1951 the Governor General after consultation with the Ruler is pleased to make the following Order :— 1. Short title and commencement.—(1) This Order may be called the Bahawalpur (Extension of Federal Laws) O [...] 2. Extension of laws to the State of Bahawalpur.—The enactments mentioned in the Schedule to this Order and all rules notifications declarations resolutions and orders made under such enactments which are in force in the Provinces immediately before the commencement of this Order are subject to the modifications stated in Article 3 hereby extended to the State of Bahawalpur with effect from [...] 4. Repeal of corresponding laws and savings.—If immediately before the commencement of this Order there is in force in the State of Bahawalpur any law corresponding to any enactment rule notification declaration resolution or order extended by this Order to the State of Bahawalpur that law shall cease to have effect upon the commencement of this Order.
