1.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 and susection (1) of Section 4 of the Taxation Tribunal (Undisclosed Wealth) Act 1953 the Central Government is pleased to constitute a Taxation Tribunal for the purposes of the said Act and to appoint the Honourable Mr. [...] NOTES : —(1) The declaration shall be signed— (a) in the case of an individual by the individual himself ; fb) in the case of a Hindu undivided family by the Manager or karta ; (c) in the case of a company by the principal Officer ; and (d) in the case of any other association of persons by a member of the association. [...] (b) Any such notice requisition direction or letter may in the case of a firm or a Hindu undivided family be addressed to any member of the firm or to the manager or karta or any adult male member of the family and in the case of a company or any other association of persons to the principal officer thereof. Where at any time before the completion of the proceedings before the Tribunal or before the Registrar as the case may be the assessee dies or or being a. company is wound up then in place of the deceased or copany the executor administrator or other legal representative of the deceased or the receiver assignee or the liquidator as the case may be shall be substituted and the procee [...] (3) Statements under sub-rules (1) and (2) may be sworn to or affirmed before any one of the following authorities who are hereby authorised to administer the oaths or affirmations :— (i) the President Member or the Registrar of the Tribunal ; (ii) any person authorised by the Tribunal in this behalf ; (iii) any income-tax authority within the meaning of sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Income
