S. 1033 The Gazette of Pakistan EXTRAORDINARY PUSLISHED BY AUTHORITY KARACHI THURSDAY JULY 23 1953 GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN MINISTRY OF REFUGEES AND REHABILITATION NOTIFICATION Karachi the 23rd July 1953 No. [...] I.—In exercise of the powers conferred by susection (1) of section 13A of the Pakistan Rehabilitation Ordinance 1948 (XIX of 1948) the Central Government is pleased to order that for the existing paragraph (2) of this Ministry’s Notification No. [...] I. dated the 27th September 1952 the following paragraph shall be substituted namely :— “ (2) An order otherwise than in proceedings under susection (4) of section 13 of the said Ordinance of alloment or cancellation of allotment passed by a Rehabilitation Commissioner pertaining to urban immovable evacuee property viz.
