3 1953 Gazette by the Local Board and in regard to transfers the following provisions shall apply namely— (a) when a share is so held it shall be deemed to be transferred without any or further endorsement or transfer deed from each holder of the office to the succeeding holder of the office on and from the date on which the latter takes charge of the office ; (b) when the holder of the office [...] (2) The sanctioning authority may refuse to sanction the collection if the object of the collection appears to it to be immoral or contrary to public policy or if the authority is not satisfied with regard to the bona fides of the persons proposing to make the collection or if the authority is not satisfied with regard to the proper custody of the fund or the due administrtion of the fund for [...] (2) Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power the rules may provide for— (a) the form and contents of declarations and the verifcation of statements made therein ; (b) the periods for which declarations shall remain in force and the manner in which the periods may be extended or terminated ; the form and manner in which receipts for donations may be given and the maintenance o [...] (2) For the purposes of this section it shall be conclu sive proof that an act was done under an order of a sevant of the Crown given for one of the aforesaid puposes if the Central Government in the case of an officer employed in connection with the affairs of the Central Government or the Provincial Government in the case of an officer employed in connection with the affairs of a Provin [...] (2) On receipt of an application under sub-section (1) the Central Government shall obtain opinion on the merits of the case from a Judge of the Federal Court and shall in accordance with the opinion received either confirm or annual the finding or sentence or maintain or reduce or remit the sentence passed by such court or authority as aforesaid or in the case of a sentence of death may comm
