9422P.-24th March 1932.—Whereas the Governor in Council is of opinion that the association at present known by the name of Jessore Congress Volunteers Jessore town in the district of Jessore interferes with the administration of the law and with the maitenance of law and order; It is hereby declared by the Governor in Council under section 16 of the Indian Crimnal Law Amendment Act 1908 [...] VIII in the district of Midnapore interferes with the administration of the law and with the maintenance of law and order; It is hereby declared by the Governor in Council under section 16 of the Indian Criminal Law Amendment Act 1908 as amended by the Devolution Act 1920 that the said association is an unlawful association within the meaning of Part II of the said Indian Criminal Law Amend [...] VIII in the district of Midnapore to be an unlawful !association; And whereas the places specified or described in the Schedule hereto tAmexed are in the opinion of the Governor in Council used for the purposes of the said unlawful association ; Now therefore in exercise of the powers coferred by susection (1) of section 3 of the Unlawful Association Ordinance 1932 (IV of 1932) the Gover [...] March 1932.—Where ts the Governor in Council is of opinion that the association at present known by the name of Krishnadebpur Congress Committee policstation Mandirbazar in the district of 24-Paganas interferes with the administration of the law and with the maintenance of law and order ; It is hereby declared by the Governor in Council under section 16 of the Indian Criminal Law Amendmen [...] 1 7 8 9 and 10 in the jurisdiction of Keshpur police-station in the Sadar subdivision of the district of Midnapore has been found to be in a disturbed and dangerous state and that the conduct of the inhabitants of the aforesaid area has rendered it expedient to increase the number of police by the appointment of an additional police force to be quartered in the said area at the cost of the inh
