[...] Bengali entitled “Mayer flak” beginning with the words “Akhanda Bbarater Bhagni lihratgan” and ending with “Sandeha Karibe Na” issued by the Unity Party of India 6/1 Balaram Bose 1st Lane Calcutta-20 contains prejudicial report of the nature described in sub-section (4) of section 2 read with sub-clause (1) of clause (a) of sub-section (0) of section 2 of the West Bengal Security Ordinance [...] Now therefore in exercise of the power coferred by clauses (d)'_Od (e) of sub-section (1.) of section 12 of the said Ordinance the Governor hereby prohibits the further publication sale or distribution of the said booklet or any extract therefrom or of any translation thereof and declares to be forfeited to Government all copies wherever found of the said booklet and all other document [...] By order of the Governor P.
