The matter was brought to the notice of the Labour Commissioner who requested the management to take the man in and the matter has been referred to the Tribunal on account of the refusal to comply with the request. [...] The order for dismissal is bad and should not stand as it was within the effective period of the enforcment of the award. [...] The Union.had been challenging the validity of the order of dismissal and the Labour Commissioner in vain set a directive to take the man in.
