A/1173.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Sind Courts Act 1926 (Bombay VII of 1926) and with the previous sanction of the Administrator Karachi and the Government of Sind the Chief Court of Sind is pleased to amend rules 193 and 194 Chapter XVIII at page 41 of the Sind Chief Court Rules (Appellate Side) as follows :— Add the following as sub-rule (iii) :— “ (iii) a p [...] E. D. 6.—In exercise of the powers vested in it by the State Bank of Pakistan Order 1948 the Excutive Committee of the State Bank of Pakistan has in its meeting of 18th April 1952 by resolution been pleased to authorise the Chief Officer Deputy Chief Officer Assistant Chief Officers Banking Officers and Sub-Accountants of the Banking Control Deparment of the State Bank of Pakistan to e [...] of the Banks in liquidation on behalf of the State Bank ; (g) In general to represent the State Bank and take any action connected with the work of the liquidation of Banks. [...] NOTICE Karachi the 1st May 1952 In order to fill in the seat of one member of the Local Board of the State Bank of Pakistan for the Karachi Area which became vacant consequent upon the disqualification of Mr. [...] The first part will consist of the names of those shareholders who on the 10th July 1952 will have been registered sharholders for a period of not less than six months and the second part will contain the names of the remaider and this list in two parts shall be available for purchase separately at a price of eight annas for each copy on application at Karachi office of the Bank.
