AM-9 (52).—In exercise of the powers coferred on him under section 88 (1) (a) of the British Baluchistan Bazar Regulation 1910 (V of 1910) the Agent to the Governor General and Chief Commisioner in Baluchistan is pleased to make the folloing amendment to the Rules for the assessment collection and recovery of octroi on animals for slaughter and goods brought within the limits of the va [...] The Additional Personal Assistant to the Collector of Karachi is hereby appointed under clause (c) of Section 3 of the said Act to perform the functions of a Collector for all proceedings hereafter to be taken in respect of the said lands.
