ADMINISTRATOR'S SECRETARIAT Karachi the 23rd April 1952 4 (A)11 52-Home.—In exercise of the powers lronferred by sub-section (1) of section 12 of the Code of the Criminal Procedure (V of 1898) read with article 5 of the Pakistan (Establishment of the Federal Capital) Order 1948 the Administrator of Karachi is pleased to appoint Messrs. [...] 50 Note I.—Where property subject to a mortgaL c is sold to the mcrgagee the difference between the purchase money and the amount of the mortgage in respect of which fee has already been paid shall be considered as the amount of consideration for the deed of sale provided the mcrtgagc deed is proved to the statisfaction of the Registering Officer to have been duly registered and the fact of s [...] A document purporting or operating to effect a sale of the said property executed in pursuance of the said contract shall be subject to an ad valorem fee on the amount or value of the purchase money ; (b) containing a recital that the possession of the property has been delivered to the person contracting to buy an ad valorem fee on the amount or value of the purchase money shall be charged on [...] 1 Exemption.—lf in an application to the Registering Officer for a copy of an entry the names of the claiming and the executing parties the nature of the document and the year and the place of registration are shown the fee for search shall not be charged. [...] (3) Copies of deed required in connection with the business of a co-operative society granted to the Chairman or the President of the Society are exempt from payment of copying fees but the amount of nojudicial stamp paper on which the copy is prepared and court fee stamp on the appliction for the copy shall be recovered.
