AM-204 (52).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 167 (q) of the Quetta Municiaple Law 1946 the Agent to the Governor General in Baluchistan is pleased to make the following Rules for the working of the Sandeman Library Quetta :— LIBRARY RULES THE INSTITUTION—IST MEMBERSHIP 1. The institution shall be known as the Sandeman Library. [...] The affairs of the library shall be conducted by the Municipal Committee through the Library SuCommittee composed of six members three of whom shall be nominated by the Municipal Committee from amongst the subscribers sknd the remaining three shall be nominated by the Municpal Committee from amongst its members. [...] The Library Sub-Committee Shall be competent to strike off the name of any member from the list of subscrbers and debar him from all privileges of membership who persistently acts against the general rules of the library or in the opinion of the Library Sub-Committee renders himself undersirable. RABBANI Seel"PART VI] THE 'GAZETTE OF PAKISTAN JULY 18 1952 87 tifies that on and after the date of publication of this notification the following regulation shall be enforced in the City of Karachi : " No vehicle shall be parked except the cars of Japan Embassy's Chancery in front of the main entrance of the Aimal House Victoria Road Karachi." (S [...] Rq.-33/52.—In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by Section 5(1) of the Sind Requisition of Land Act of XLVI of 1947 and the authority vested in me thereunder I do hereby direct that the premises the description of which is given below be released from requisitioning and placed at the disposal of the owner with immediate effect.
