Ahmed Bakhsh officiating Extra Assistant Commissioner relinquished charge of the office of the Assistant Director of Food Supplies in Baluchistan on the afternoon of the llth July 1952. [...] Now therefore any member of the public or any person having any interest or right in addition to the right of public highway in over such road which is likely to be adversely affected by the proposal may within 90 days after the issue of this Notification state to the Collector of Karachi in writing his objection to the proposal the nature of such interests or rights and the manner in which [...] the undersigned seven days before the date on which the premises are actually vacated and (d) the owner of the building shall not dispose of these requisitioned premises or part thereof or any fixture and fittings therein without the specific permission of the undersigned.
