—In exercise of the power conferred by setion 15 of the Police Act 1861 (Act V of 1861) the Governor in Council is pleased to declare that the area within the limits of Midnapore Municipality in the Sadar subdivsion of the district of Midnapore has been found to be in a disturbed and dangerous state and that the conduct of the inhabitants of the aforesaid area has rendered it expedient to [...] 4446 I.—lst June 1932.— In exercise of 1 he powers conferred by setions 14 and 15 and the proviso to section 357 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1898 (Act V of 1898) the Governor in Council is pleased— (a) to confer upon Babu Jatindra Chandra Ghosh the powers of a Magistrate of the second class in the district of Burdwan for a period of three years from the date of this notification in r [...] G. Littlejohn the powers of a Magistrate of the third class in the district of the 24-Parganas for a period of three years from the 7th Tune 1932 and (b) to direct him to sit as a member of the Bhatpara bench in the said district. [...] —In exercise of the power conferred by setion 14 of the Otfde of Criminal Procedure 1898 (Act V of 1898) the Governor in Coucil is pleased to confer upoii Maulvi Mir Abdul Ghafur an Honorary 'Magistrate of the Sadar bench the powers of a Magistrate of the second class in the district of Mymesingh for the period during which he has been directed to sit as a member of the said bench— [...] 4430J -2nd May 1932.—Balm Satya Saran Guha munsif of Krishnagar in the district of Nadia is allowed privilege leave on full pay for the period from the 25th to the 29th March 1932 under the amendment to article 27.1 of the Civil Service Regulations in extension of the leave granted to him under the orders of the 12th March 1932.
