4. The following documents in original must accompany the application :— (a) The letter from the Senate of the Calcutta University permitting t candidate to appear at the ensuing examiniffqn. [...] 6. Applications with the countersignature of the undersigned together with the fees for the above examinations must reach the office of the Controller of Examination a Calcutta University on or before the dates to be fixed by the University and must be sant to that office by the candidate hiniself direct. [...] Applications and tees for admission to the Matriculation Examination must reach the once of the Controller of Examinations on or before the date to be fixed by the Univesity. [...] A declaration from the author showing the authenticity of the publication should be forwarded to the Secretary for record along with the submission of a book to the Text Book Committee. [...] (0) It is desirable that the title of a hook submitted to the Comittee for consideration should be printed at the top of each leaf of the book.
