In accordance with section 9 Chapter X of the revised regulations dealing with the registration of University students all candidates who intend to appear at any of the ensuing examinations of the University of Calcutta otherwise than as studelfIts of affliated institutions and who have applied for or have obtained the special permission of the Senate for the purpose are required to apply t [...] 6. Applications with the countersignature of the undersigned and fees for admission to the above examinations must reach the office the Registrar on or before the dates to be o1 zed by the University and must be sent to that office by the candidates direct. [...] (b) The transfer certificate (in original) granted to the candidate by the Head Master of the school in which he last read or (c) In the case of a candidate who previously appeared at the Matriculation Examination the Controller's receipt (in original) for the fees paid. [...] The Inspetor of Schools will then countersign the applcations of those candidates who pass the test examination and forward them to the canddatA direct for transmission to the Registrar with the fps for the examination. [...] Application with the countersignature of the undersigned and fees for the examination must reach the office of the Controller on dates to be fixed by the University and must be sent to that office by the candidates direct.
