By order of the Overseer Examination Board it is announced that the examinations under the control of the Board for students in the affiliated major and minor institutions will be held in March 1931 at the Ahsanullah School of Engineering Dacca. [...] The names of qualified candidates should be sent by the heads of the institutions in the prescribed registration form so as to reach the office of the Secretary of the Board at 40/1A Free School Street Calcutta on or before the 18th February 1931. [...] 6. Candidates wishing to appear at the examination will apply upon the prescribed registration form obtain the necessary countesignature of the District Judge in whose Couit he iS enrolled and forward the same so as to reach the office of the Principal Bengal Engineering College in the case of candidates practising in the law courts of Bengal and Assam and to the office of the Principal B [...] The routine and hours of attendance will be settled by the heads of the institutions who will also decide the exact locality in which the classes will be held and date of the opening. [...] 5. Candidates who desire to undergo the course of training must apply to the Principal Bengal Engineering College in the case of candidates practising in the law courts cf Bengal and Assam and to the Prineipal Bihar College of Engineering in the case of candidates of Bihar and Orissa for registeing.
