[...] 56 —It is hereby notified for public information that all the rights of the present jodidars in the undermentioned jodi village in the Hoskote Taluk of the Bangalore District which has been duly attached in satisfaction of the arrears of revenue due to Government (as shown in the subjoined statment) by the said jodidars will be sold by public auction at the village before the Amildar on the 26 [...] The public officer empowered by the Chief Commissioner under section six to sell distrained property shall cause to be affixed to the outer door of the defaulter's Proclamation to be made of the time of house or on the premises where the property may have been distrairale and of the property to be sold.
