N o. 135.—Under the provisions of Section 6 of the Indian Christian Marriage Act (XV of 1872) the Chief Commissioner hereby licenses the Reverend M. B. Kirk of the Methodist Episcopal Church Bangalore to solemnize marriages within the Territories of the Mysore State. [...] 75.—It is hereby notified for public information that the undermentioned'kayamgutta village in the Anekal Taluk of the Bangalore District which has been duly attached in satisfaction of the arrears of revenue due to Government (as shewn in the subjoined statement) by the said kayamguttadar will be sold by public auction at the place and on the date mentioned in the annexed statement. [...] 2. The purchaser will be required to deposit 25 per cent of the purchase money at the time of sale and where the remainder of the purchase money may not be paid within 15 days from the day of sale the money so deposited shall be liable to forfeiture. [...] 7. Under the provisions of Section 3 of the said Act the Chief Commissioner is pleased to delgate to the Superintendent of Coorg the power to appoint any person by name or in virtue of his office to take or aid in or supervise the taking of the Census within the Province of Coorg.
