Under section 292 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and with the concurrence of the Chief Commissioner the Judicial Commissioner has framed and issues the following Rule to regulate the granting of copies of judgments sentences or orders or other proceedings of a Court on application :- 1. The following particulars shall be endorsed by the Chief Ministerial Officer of the Court on every copy o [...] 6. The Judicial Commissioner of Coorg may at his discretion admit any Advocate of the Court of the Judicial Commissioner of Mysore or any Pleader of the 1st grade in the Courts of Mysore to be a Pleader of the 1st grade in the Courts of Coorg. [...] (II) A certificate of having passed the Madras Judicial Test Civil and Criminal by the Higher grade or of having practised with good reputation as a Pleader of the 2nd grade in Coorg or in Courts of law elsewhere for the space of two years and of being qualified in the opinion of the Judge of the Court in which the applicant may have ordinarily practised to be admitted as a Pleader of the 1st [...] If the roaliadion is found by the Judicial CommisSioner to comply with the conditions of the Rules the name of the Pleader shell 1.e eideeed according to his grade in the Will of Pleaders which shall be kept iii the Coast of the Judicial Ceneniesierier and an extract frem the Poll :lane furnished to the applicant and to the su or wilieh -pi ) r s to practise : and e certificate under the signa [...] 50 will be levied at the discretion of the Superintendent of the Shimoga Jail for any infringement of the stipulation of the contract or for the supply of any inferior articles and if frequently violated; the contract may be annulled and the security confiscated to Government.
