Under seetion 652 of the Code of Civil Procedure the Judicial Commissioner has made the following Rules as to the class of off-leers to be employed in the execution of the processes of the Civil Courts :— 1. Every warrant for the sale of property when held at the Court house shall ordinarily be excuted by the Nazir of the Court ordering the sale. [...] 2.
