Under seetion 652 of the Code of Civil Procedure the Judicial Commissioner has made the following Rules as to the class of off-leers to be employed in the execution of the processes of the Civil Courts :— 1. Every warrant for the sale of property when held at the Court house shall ordinarily be excuted by the Nazir of the Court ordering the sale. [...] 2. Every warrant for the attachment of property and every warrant for the sale of property in the interior of Districts and every warrant for the delivery of property and every injuncLion and every warrant of arrest when the amount of the degree exceeds 50 Rs.
