The attention of Candidates is called to the following rules :- (1.)—No Candidate will be allowed to quit the Examination Room on any day until the expiration of half an hour from the time fixed for the commencement of the Examination and Candidates arriving after the expiration of that half hour will not be admitted. [...] 50 will be levied at the discretion of the Superintendent of the Hassan Jail for any infringement of the stipulation of the contract or for the supply of any inferior articles and if frequently violated the contract may be annulled and the security confiscated to Government. [...] 25 will he levied at the discretion of the Superintendent of the District Jail for any infringement of the stipulation of the contract or for the supply of any inferior articles and if frequently violated the contract may be annulled and the security confiscated to Government.
