It is hereby notified for public information that all the rights of the present kayamguttadar in the undermentioned kayamgutta village which has been duly attached in satisfaction of the arrears of revenue due to Government (as noted in the margin) by the said kayamguttadar will be sold by public auction at the Mulbagal Taluk Cutcherry on the 1 5th June 1880. Purchasers having completed the payment of the purchase money will as soon as the sale has been confirmed by the Deputy Commissioner be placed in immediate possession and the village will be registered in the name of the purchaser and a certificate of sale signed and sealed by the Deputy Commissioner will be granted to him. [...] If a default is made in the payment of the instalments interest at one pie per rupee per month will be levied till the date of payment and the contract will also be liable to be sold again at the discretion of the Deputy Commissioner or at the request of the surety and the deficit if.any will be rcovered from the contractor or the surety.
