9. At the end of the examination the papers of each candidate duly paged stitched together and signed by himself will be forwarded in sealed covers superscribed as such by the superintending Officer to the Surgeon to the Mysore Commission when steps will be taken in communication with the Head of the Educational Department to have the results valued for submission to the Chief Commissione [...] this Court for probate of the last will and testament of the said deceased who died at Bangalore on the 9th day of April 1478 and Friday the 25th day of Jane 1880 at 11 A. N. has been fixed for the hearing ' of the application PercenDeaths. [...] It is hereby notified for public information that all the rights of the present kayamguttadar in the undermentioned kayaingutt a village which has been duly attached in satisfaction of the arrears of revenue due to Government (as noted in the margin) by the said kayamguttadar will he sold by public auction at the ulbagal Taluk Cutcherry on the 15th June 1880. [...] 3. Purchaser will be required to deposit 25 per cent of the purchase money at the time of sale and where the remainder of the purchase money may not be paid within 15 days from the day of sale the money so deposited shall be liable to forfeiture. [...] S. Purchasers having completed the payment of the purchase money will as soon as the sale has been confirmed by the Deputy Commissioner be placed in immediate possession and the village will be registered in the name of the purchaser and a certificate of sale signed and sealed by the Deputy Commissioner will be granted to him.
