The Director of Public Instruction having reported that delays and irregularities arc complained of in the disbursement of the pay of Ilobli School-masters the Deputy Accountant General has the honor to request the Deputy Commissioners to draw the special attention of the District Treasury Officers and Amildars of Taluks to this Office Circular No. [...] 9. At the end of the examination the papers of each candidate duly paged stitched together and signed by himself will be forwarded in sealed covers superscribed as such by the superintending Officer to the Surgeon to the Mysore Commission when steps will be taken in communication with the Head of the Educational Department to have the results eale d for submission to the Chief Commissioner. [...] 4. Purchasers will be required to deposit 25 per cent of the purchase money at the time of sale and where the remainder of the purchase money may not be paid within 15 days from the day of sale the money so deposited shall be liable to forfeiture. [...] 7. The sale shall be stayed if the defaulter or any person acting on his behalf or claiming an iterest in the property tenders the full amount of the arrears of revenue with the interest and other charges provided such tender be made before sunset on the day previous to that appointed for the sale. [...] 8. Purchasers having completed the payment of the purchase money will be placed in immediate possession and the village will be registered in the name of the purchaser and a certificate of sale signed and sealed by the Deputy Commissioner will be granted to him.
