Holding of stocks.—(1) If any dealer has in his possession in the course of his business a stock of any goods and the said dealer or any person employed by him to sell goods in the course of his business when asked by any other person (hereafter in this section referred to as the buyer") to sell goods of that description or whether he or his employer has such goods for sale-.
