Members will bear in mind the whole picture of the business before the House; they have to adjust accordingly. ' I might also invite attention to rule 93 which says: "The discussion on a motion that the Bill be passed shall be confined to the submission of arguments either in support of the Bill or for the re)ection of the Bill. [...] Is it the intention of the Legislature or of this Bill that he would not be entitled to draw any pension or is it to be left to the discretion of the individual either to take the pension or not to take it?
