M. M. Das: Will the Minister of Finance be pieased to state: (a) whether Government have finally decided the question of disclosing the names of the Income-tax evaders as recommended by the Income-tax In- vestigation Commission; and (b) if so, when the names are going to be disclosed? [...] (ii) To ascertain the requirements of the villagers, determine the improvements needed, arrange Technical assistance, organise the required labour and super- vise the execution of the Pro- jects. [...] M. M. Das: Will the Minister of Finance be pleased to state: (a) the contribution of India, if any, to the increase of the gold and dollar reserve of the Sterling area during July, 1952 to May, 1953; (b) how far the foreign exchange difficulties of India. [...] The improvement in the central gold and dollar reserves of the sterling area has enabled us to make some relaxation in the licensing of es- sential imports from the dollar area. [...] (b) The whole scheme is in the nature of a pilot Project, in order to improve the general quality of Basic education in the States.
