Shri Kamath (lVIadhya Pradesh): Does your eluciaation with regard to the provision of time- limitation in the Act mean that twenty days are inclu- sive not merely of the day on which the Orders are placed on the Table of the House but also of the day on which the motion is made in the House—the motion of modification? [...] It is in the interests- of the efficiency of the working of the Parlia- ment that our people should be given the required periods of rest.
