In continuation of the last article I shall in the present one discuss a few of the other confidential relations in which Courts of Equity in the absence of any evidence to the contrary presume the exorcise of undue influence. [...] Counsel asserted that not only would the appeal involve the considertion of the question as to the fastening of the ship to the quay but a question would be raised as to whether the gangway by the door of which Plaintiff was injured was plant and machinery within the"VoL. [...] The Guardians of that Union in October last brought to the notice of the Justices by way of complaint that George Gamble of the Parish of Castle Morton the son of the said Richard Gamble had failed to satisfy an order made upon him by the Justices in the preceding July to pay to the Guardians of the poor of the said Union a weekly payment of ls. [...] The _Morocco Order in Council did not prescribe a procedure applcable to Gibraltar and the rules to be made within the meaning of Article XI of the Morocco Order in Council for the regulation of the trial at Gibraltar had not been published he therefore contended that upon a proper understanding of the various statutes and orders he had referred to the Appellant was entitled to lie tried hy [...] The first Court decreed the suit in part but mm appeal by the Defendant the lower Appellate Court reversed the decision of the first Court and dismissed the suit on the ground that mere abusive and insuling language which dill not affect the Plaintiff's reputation was not actionable.
