In this suit the Platntiff who was the widow of the deceased applied for an order that the letters of administration to the estate of the deceased granted to. [...] He put in a petition before the Court of Sessions for postponement of the hearing of the case and notified his intention of moving the High Court for a tranfer of the case and the case was adjourned to the next Sessions.
