The Act contained no express words enabling the Court to alter the status of a foreigner and the Court would not be justified in doing so in the absence of the clear intention of the legislature. [...] The Chairman when referring to the Plaintiff was not discussing a matter in which the public had any interest and the publication of that portion of his address was not a matter the publication of which was for the public benefit. [...] The Munsif decreed the suit in favour of the Plaintiffs to the extent of a two-third share of the property claimed by them holding that the Plaintiffs had been paying rent had been in possession that their tenancy had not been determined and that the Defendant 'No. [...] 131exxxii THE CALCUTTA The facts of the case are shortly these :- The Plaintiff Raj Chandra Sen brought the suit out of which this appeal arose substantially for the winding up of a partnership business and for the taking of the accounts thereof. [...] There was a further prayer for the sale of the partnership property for the recovery of stuns overdrawn by the partners for the realization of dues and the 'payment of debts and the awarding to the Plaintiff of a 4 annas share of the surplus.
