SIR JOHN Soon WHO COMBINES WITH HIS PAST experience at the English Bar judicial experience from India and legislative experience in Egypt expressed the following opinion on the question of the sepration of the executive and judicial functions in the course of a lecture before the Indian Section of the Society of Arts on the English and Indian Criminal Procedure At this stage we come acros [...] Under to trust deed dated in July 1851 it was provided that the management and control of the school and the appointment of schoolmaster and mistress and their dismissal should be vested in and exercised by the annual subscribers to the amount of A:1 and upwards A special general meeting of the managers was summoned for October 3rd 1899 for the purpose of electing a lieltd master in the place [...] Branson for the Appellant contended that the High Court was wrong in holding that the Appellant had not proved that the custom of primogeniture obtains in time Beswan family and regulates the descent of the property of that family. [...] Pettioner complai4d of the irregularity of procedure in the litigations which followed and the action of the Chief' Justice in the suit for judicial separation instituted by the wife. [...] In the other case LORD DAVEY said Their Lordships will give leave to appeal tigalinst the order or decree of 24th July 1899 in the separation suit and against the order or decree of the 21st December 1899 in the mortgage suit and against the order or decree of the 7th February 1900.
