The second part of the book deals with the evidence of accomplices the selection of approvers and their trial on the revocation of the pardon granted to them. [...] The said Court of Appeal having heard argument on the 1st day of July 1902 gave judgment upon the main issues of law in favour of the Defendants and upon being certified as to the judgment of the said Court of Appeal the said Supreme Court entered up judgment for the Defendants without evidence taken.
