A FURTHER MATTER TO WHICH WE WOULD DRAW THE attention of the Honourable Judges is that on special appeals under the rules of the Court only one copy of the paper-book is delivered to the pleaders of each party. [...] In the interest of poor judgment-debtors who need the protection of the Court more than any other class of people we venture to draw the attention of the High Court to this anomaly. [...] In the Municipal Officer Aden v. Abdul Karim at p. 292 (a case which had been transferred by an order of the High Court from the Court of the Resident of Aden to the Bombay High Court) the High Court granted a certificate giving the Defendant who had opposed the application for transfer leave to appeal to the Privy Council from the order of transfer although it was an interlocutory order only [...] the 27th of August 1903 rejecting an appeal (on the ground of limitation) against the order of Babu Urnes Chandra Seca Munsif of Khulna dated the the 15th of April 1903. [...] I. X. the order dated the 15th of April is to be considered as the judgment in the case and the order which was signed on the 12th May was the order which had the force of a decree under sec.
