the whole of the evidence produced [(6) Manager.] The making of the manager a party instead of the owner is a mere irregularity not affecting the Magistrate's jurisdiction. [...] The reference to cases cited is given in this edition in the body of the work and is not confined as in the last to the table of cases alone. [...] The cause of action arose out of a complaint made to the Magitrate by the Defendants to the effect that the cremtion pf dead bodies near their homestead by the Hindus caused a nuisance„on which the Magistrate passed an order forbidding the burning of dead bodies at that place. [...] 1 to 4 on the sale of the holding at the instance of the landlord applied to set it aside on the ground of fraud and suppression of the sale notices &c. [...] And the effect of the decree would be to maintain the attachment originally made and to establish the Plaintiff's right to the declaration he seeks and to the consequential remedy.
