Mukherjee has drawn the attention of the Goverment to official records and opinions in support of the proposed measure of reform Simultaneously the Bill for the amendment of the Revenue SAle Law (Act XI of 1859) Government introduced a Bill for the amendment of the Public Demands Rcovery Act on the 31st March 1894 and both these Bills contained provisions for redemption of estates and othe [...] The law will continue to regard the latest date of payment in the event of the amendment proposed being adopted precisely in the same light as before with this difference only that while the penal coAquence of non-payment of Government Revenue is in the one case that the sale by the Collector stands practically irrevocable in the other it is proposed to be made revocable upon payment of [...] 40 of Act IX of 1859 and the connected sections as to common and special registry really useful to tenurholders in the face of Act III of 1862 B. C. which limits the operation of the said sections practically to a period of three years at the latest from the date of passing of the latter Act or where such tenures came Into existence after the passing of the latter Act to three months fro [...] It appears that time Judge in hearing the appeal allowed the Appellant's Counsel to address him in the appeal first and then beard the Government pleader in support of the conviction and when the Appellant's Counsel wanted to reply to time argumonts of the Government pleader the Sessions Judge declined to allow him to do so. [...] II of the Limitation Act inamuch as the suit had been brought more than a year after the date of the order of the Govelannent creating the taluk.
