In Rengasevamy v. Gangaminal at p. 300 held that the mere mention of a name as heir of a grantee con ferred on the person so named no interest in the properties granted as it appeared that the grant puported to be of an absolute interest and the other person was named as the heir of the grantee in the ordinary course.
