The Tr in each case a devolution pendente lite of the Plaintiff’s rights in the subject-matter of the suit and the language of sect 372 of the Civil Procedure Code seems to ehow that the assignee whom the Court gives leave to continue the snit has the same kind of rights as the preceding sections confer on the legal representative of the deceased Plaintiff. [...] In the present case he regretted it all the more because the amount of the verdict seems to Indicate that the jury took the Plaintiff's view of the facts.
