As regards the date to which the wages should run the Court held that the sailors were entitled to receive same to the date of the order of the Court of Appeal. [...] The common object of the riot alleged in the charge was the taking possesion of a tdl of 9narkei the property of the complainant's party. [...] The suit was first dismissed in the Court of first instance the Munsif finding that the two holdings were transferable by custom and that as the sale to the Defendant was anterior to the purchase by the Plaintiff the Defendant had a preferential right to the property. [...] After 1306 and on the 1st May 1900 the Zurpeshgidars surendered the land and according to the allegations of both the Plaintiffs and the Zurpeshgidar Defenants the Zurpeshgi lease expired at the end of the year 1306. [...] On the appeal' the District Judge came to the conclusion that the suit was not barred and he remanded the case to the first Court for trial of the other points raised by the pleadings The Judge applied Art.
